If you’re ready for a one-of-a-kind, picture-perfect lifestyle on one of the nation’s most glorious beaches, it is time to get to know Clearwater Beach and its irresistible island communities. No matter what your lifestyle, you will fall in love with this priceless jewel on Florida’s Gulf Coast!

Clearwater Beach Living

Blue skies, powdery sand and crystal clear waves. Fine dining, lively nightlife and tropical fun in the sun. This is Clearwater Beach.
Situated in Pinellas County, west of Tampa and north of St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach is separated from mainland Clearwater to the west by beautiful Memorial Causeway Drive and a bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway. At the south end of the Beach is a bridge to Sand Key, crossing over Clearwater Pass.

Clearwater Beach includes several miles of sugary white sand that stretches as far as the eye can see, and includes the Gulf of Mexico and portions of the Intracoastal Waterway.

For those who live on the beach, it is more difficult to decide what to do than to find something to do. How about quiet strolls in the evening, with comfortable ocean breezes and a picturesque sunset? Or, would you prefer boating, parasailing, swimming, golfing or shopping? Clearwater Beach has it all. All the activity, all the beauty, all the convenience. From tiki bars to playgrounds, look up and down the strip for just the right fit.
When the sun slips into the Gulf of Mexico, the evenings at Clearwater Beach are just as spectacular as the days. Pier 60 comes alive to celebrate the sunset with artists, street performers and magical entertainment second to none.
Whether you are searching for a vacation home or a primary residence, Clearwater Beach boasts an abundance of choices for the active lifestyle. Condominiums have become extremely popular on the beach, with new construction now available. If you prefer a single-family residence, you will find lots of choices in the area.

Sand Key Living

The island of Sand Key lies just south of Clearwater Beach, across the bridge over Clearwater Pass. A peaceful, residential community, Sand Key offers upscale condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes.
Less than a mile wide, the western side of the community has sandy white Gulf beaches and a row of high-rise condominiums. The eastern side faces the Intracoastal Waterway, with most properties including boat-docking facilities.
Known as a quiet paradise (especially for boaters), Sand Key keeps most commercial activity centered on its north end, where its resort hotels are located and the Shoppes on Sand Key provide restaurants, shopping, banking and tourist information.

Sand Key County Park, one of Florida’s finest waterfront parks, and the Clearwater Sailing Center are well known points of interest on Sand Key. In addition, a U.S. Coast Guard Station is located on the island.

Most Sand Key condominiums were built in the 1980s and 1990s. Two new buildings were recently completed, Bella Rosa and Utopia, taking Sand Key to full capacity.

Sand Key offers some of the finest condo and waterfront living in Florida. And, it also offers public playgrounds, public tennis courts and plenty of places to go boating and sailing.

If you love sun, sand and serenity, discover Clearwater’s treasure, Sand Key.

Island Estates Living

Clearwater’s Island Estates is a popular community of waterfront homes and condominiums with the latest amenities and the feeling of old-Florida charm.

Located off the causeway to Clearwater Beach, Island Estates is one of the best luxury neighborhoods for serious boaters, as its deep Intracoastal water is not only shimmering clear and beautiful, but accommodating for all types of vessels.
Island Estates is unique among Clearwater Beach communities mostly because of its small-town feel. The community has its own grocery store, florist, churches, yacht club, Sunset Sam's playground, banks and more. Everything you need for living on the island is right there.
The Island Estates area provides a lot of options for real estate investment in waterfront condos. Its premier properties, with stunning views of Clearwater Bay, include Majestic Pointe and Windward Passage.

Since most of its condos and waterfront homes feature boat slips, there is always easy access to the Gulf of Mexico’s prime boating waters where you can enjoy fishing, diving or cruising all year round.

If you are looking to invest in a waterfront property with luxury, beauty and value, Island Estates has all that to offer and more.
